In this role as a Training and Outreach Associate, you will be working with the Information Security Training and Awareness Program Manager to create an escape room experience that will raise the awareness around information security topics.
What you’ll be doing:
Researching escape rooms
Learning about the information security topic we want to teach in the escape room
Creating a project plan for building the escape room
Constructing the escape room puzzles and testing them with OIT colleagues
Brainstorming ways to engage students in learning more about information security
Skills you bring to the table:
Excellent writing skills (technical writing, journalism, marketing, or communications)
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Flexibility and a positive attitude
Skills you will gain:
Experience and insight into the training and outreach profession
Planning and project management basics
Creative learning and gamification concept development
