Supports officers' work with multiple alumni/ae volunteer Reunion Gift Committees, including plans and activities to achieve annual goals and increase donor participation, organizing and staffing conference calls, and answering inquiries from volunteers in the officers' absence.
Edits and maintains various tracking reports and spreadsheets to assure accurate up-to-date information on gift and donor totals, solicitation status, prospects and event attendance.
Composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other materials in support of the Gift Committees and auxiliary Fund programs for staff and volunteers.
Completes projects in support of auxiliary Fund programs, such as Fund Publications and Fund Events, which may involve research, analysis, planning, and implementation.
Assists with staff travel and the officers' travel itineraries throughout the year. Organizes, compiles, and prepares all necessary meeting and solicitation materials. May assist with travel arrangements, and researching alumni in advance of visits.
Serves as liaison for the Annual Fund when interacting with other Law School administrative offices, alumni, donors, and volunteers providing excellent customer service and cultivating favorable relationships with both internal and external constituents.
Responds to general inquiries from alumni/ae by email, by mail, over the phone, and in person.
Staffs events as needed, particularly during the Fall and Spring Reunion Weekends held in October and April each year.
Performs other duties as necessary.

Three or more years of related work experience, ideally in a development or external relations environment. Education beyond high school may count towards experience.
BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, including an excellent phone manner and personal presentation, and the ability to interact well with all levels of alumni, donors and staff in a professional manner.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills with the capability to master new software applications and technologies in database management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; and; experience with BSR Advance and PowerPoint preferred.
Must have ability to work independently as well as part of a team, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and to remain flexible when working on multiple tasks and faced with competing priorities.
This position requires good judgment, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
