Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion (SADDI), the incumbent will oversee and manage the events planned by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, including workshops, trainings, and co-sponsorship of events with the students, faculty and other administrative offices. Will work directly with SADDI and collaborators on monitoring and evaluating of programmatic initiatives, literature reviews, grant writing, presentations, and publications. The incumbent will also provide administrative support to the Office.
Works closely with the Senior Associate Dean on planning and coordinating key diversity and inclusion initiatives, committees and special events;
Partner with Creative Services and Communications with various forms of publicity to feature and update various events;
Assist the Senior Associate Dean with literature review, grant writing, presentations and publications;
Manages expenditure records and budgets for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, including vendor correspondence and billing, event budgets, receipts, reimbursement forms, etc. Troubleshoots issues and provide budgetary data and reports.
Performs other related duties as necessary.
