The NP Loomba Department of Management at Baruch College of the City University of New York invites applications for an Administrative Coordinator.
Reporting to the Department Chair, in addition to the CUNY Title Overview, responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to: - Assist supervising part-time staff and student workers. - Assist with all compliance documents: create and prepare all PAFs for faculty, Ph.D. students, and staff as well as workload reports, multiple position forms, and syllabi. - Process travel request and reimbursement paperwork to ensure timely transactions with other departments. - Assist Deputy Chairs with the collection and preparation of departmental reports. - Assist faculty search committees.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Preference given to applicants with two years of relevant experience.
