The USC Gould School of Law is seeking an adjunct lecturer to serve as faculty advisor for a USC student organization, the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation association (âCLFRA.â) Â The faculty advisor will create curriculum tailored to the CLFRAâs unique needs and objectives. Â The curriculum will act as a general survey for USC students interested in corporate law, financial regulation, and a future career in law. Â In addition, the faculty advisor will run goal-oriented classes to assist CLFRA members achieve their learning objectives. Â The faculty advisor may also be tasked with moderating panel discussions and coordinating with members of the legal community to serve as panelists.
A J.D. and at least five years prior teaching experience are required. Â
