Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Research Study Assistant for the Chicago campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The temporary Research Study Assistant position provides standard and routine clerical and administrative support, which may include word processing, data collection and entry, preparing supplies/folders/kits, opening and sorting mail and supplies, copying, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information, and/or scheduling meetings. Additionally, the temporary Research Study Assistant is responsible for patient scheduling and coordinating weekly office meetings.
A bachelor's degree in a social or health science; or 2+ years’ experience in practical research study or related experience.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Diligent and can work independently;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
