The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School has a faculty position available at the Assistant / Associate/ Full Professor level to join our Department as a Pediatric Pathologist. The candidate must be Board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology and Pediatric Pathology. Previous clinical experience in soft tissue/bone pathology is required.
This is a Rutgers Health group position to provide diagnostic pathology services associated with our medical school – Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and our partners at Rutgers, Cancer Institute of New Jersey Comprehensive Cancer Center and our affiliated hospital system RWJBarnabas.
This candidate will also assist in the Pathology Department educational programs and the selected candidate will be expected to teach medical students, residents and fellows. Scholarly pursuits are not required but encouraged. The academic appointment will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and curriculum vitae.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Must be board certified pathologist in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology , Pediatric Pathology with previous clinical practice experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be Board certified in Anatomic /Clinical and Pediatric pathology. Previous clinical practice experience is required.
