The Program Manager of Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the Pre-ETS Center for the ACCES-VR Syracuse region for purposes of providing pre-ETS services to students with disabilities in secondary, post-secondary, non-traditional or alternative education programs (between the ages of 14 and 21). The Program Manager will be responsible for program planning, supervision of staff, report and grant writing, as well as development and implementation of curriculum, work plans and budgets. The Program Manager will be expected to build collaborative relationships with partners from the community, families, and school districts, and work closely with the Senior VRC Transition and Youth Services (TAYS) or other designated staff in the ACCES-VR District Office(s) to engage students with disabilities in career exploration and employment.
