The Assistant Director for Tutoring Services is responsible for the management, development, and direction of tutoring services offered through the Educational Resource Center (ERC). The AD's primary tasks are: to maintain a breadth of innovative academic support programs that are staffed by undergraduate and graduate student employees; to create and implement a comprehensive system of performance observation and evaluation of student employees; to actively engage faculty and staff to promote collaboration and participation in the ERC's academic support programs; to publicize the ERC's academic support programs to students; and to research and develop innovative approaches to academic support. The Assistant Director will directly supervise one professional staff member.
