The Associate Director for Counseling and Programs serves as a member of the Center for Career Development (CCD) management team in maintaining a career development operation with a focus on excellent customer service and contributing to the CCDs strategic plan. The associate directors primary tasks include: leading the Counseling & Programs team; establishing the annual program schedule; responding to program requests and delegating programs as appropriate; developing relationships and partnering with colleagues from across the University, including faculty and academic departments, Athletics, Residence Life, and Orientation; oversight of program assessment, data collection and analysis, and reporting for the Counseling & Programs team; representing the CCD at summer and winter Orientation events; the provision of one-on-one career counseling and resume review to students; development and delivery of workshops; contribution to overall CCD marketing and communication efforts; and oversight of the CCDs events and programs.
