The position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration. This position has one FTE that reports to it along with multiple student employees. Note the organization has two for-profit business entities and one not for profit business entity, each entity has a separate general ledger.

MBA or Master's degree in relevant field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced excel skills
Knowledge of advanced financial operations principles
Flexible and able to prioritize workload based on urgency and importance.
Friendly and easygoing with the ability to work well in a small office environment
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Hands-on manager with strong team leadership
Data analysis and problem solving
