You will support, and report to, the Chief Health Officer and have responsibility for a significant volume and variety of high-level administrative and project oriented tasks. You will be an important contributor to the Executive team and will collaborate with team members to support university programs.
-Perform complex, diverse and confidential administrative tasks
-Manage logistics and support materials for meetings
-Prepare project plans, track progress and provide reports to executive-level staff using applications such as Microsoft, Google products and Monday.com
-Create and maintain work outputs electronically using Microsoft and Google products
-Communicate with partners by email, phone and in person with a customer-service orientation
-Use our resources to research solutions to university-wide challenges
-Coordinate special events
-Assist with other projects
-5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role
-Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Interest in working independently and managing our priorities
