Bachelor's degree in Recreation, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Working experience (typically 6 months - 1 year) in college or university intramural sports programs, including officiating work.
Basic experience (typically 6 months - 1 year) in performance management including the hiring, training, and development of officials within a collegiate intramural sports program.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and working experience developing and delivering presentations to groups.
Working experience with standard office computer applications, including Microsoft office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Current CPR, AED, and First-Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire).
Master's degree in Physical Education, Recreation Administration, Sports Management or related field.
Officiating experience (typically 1 or more years) outside of a collegiate intramural Sports program (extramural, high school, or college-level officiating).
Flag Football and Basketball officiating experience (typically 1 or more school years) in a college or university intramural sports program.
Basic knowledge of assessment methods and activities, with the ability to assess, research, and review students' learning outcomes to ensure achievement of objectives and strategies.
Experience using WhentoWork scheduling software and IMLeagues intramural sports league management software.
Experience in administration of youth camps.
