Job Description Summary
The Administrative Assistant-Corporate Alliances is responsible for providing key administrative support to the Alliances Group at Penn Center for Innovations (PCI). This position plays a critical role in helping to ensure the success of the group's responsibilities and initiatives.
Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to,general office duties including scheduling meetings, answering calls, drafting/editing documents as requested, preparing meeting agendas and detailed meeting notes and other group support as requested. The incumbent will also be expected to actively participate in capturing and storing important documents and data in both internal and external databases and data management systems.
High School graduate, BA/BS preferred.
3-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and closing.
Proven ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple tasks.
Proven ability to work under time constraints while adhering to strict deadline.
