Location: Hyde Park Campus
Unit -specific Responsibilities
1) Apply modern machine learning algorithms to train generative models for the design of novel proteins and develop tools for rapid, cheap, automated gene synthesis and apply high-throughput functional screens to test the designs.
2)Â Work on the rational design of functional proteins and nucleic acid polymers.
3) Develop a transformative platform to manipulate proteins and other macromolecules.
4) Participate and present in general group meetings that are aimed at global discussions of the questions, strategies, priorities, and progress for each research projects. Â
