Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Faculty Initiatives Associate for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The temporary Faculty Initiatives Associate position provides standard and routine administrative and faculty logistics support, which may include word processing, data entry, maintaining budgets, ordering supplies and tracking expenditures, answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information, and/or scheduling meetings/events/rooms/travel arrangements. Additionally, the temporary Faculty Initiatives Associate is responsible for overseeing the logistics, material preparation, survey dispensing, and other program-related work.
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Excellent written communication skills;
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Basic familiarity with Qualtrics, Plan-it Purple, and/or Northwestern room reservations system a plus.
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
