Masterâs degree in a Health Care related field is strongly preferred.
5 years of Clinical Management Experience
3 years âclinician experience.
Excellent people management skills; ability to motivate and challenge staff; good decision making skills; high frustration and ambiguity tolerance; ability to bridge the gap between administrative demands and clinical needs.
BLS and ACLS certification from Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association.
Valid and current CA PA license and board certification.

The Director of the Ellison Clinic provides oversight and management for the Ellison Clinic and personnel including supervision, assignment of responsibilities and oversight of processes. The Director works to promote a positive and professional environment within the clinic; maintains a stable and productive staff; makes data driven decisions; coordinates the ordering and timely delivery of all necessary equipment and supplies; develops and maintains strategies to recruit and retain clinical specialists; and assures compliance with regulatory agenciesâ (e.g. TJC, Title 22/24, CMS Conditions of Participation) requirements pertinent to clinical operations. The Director will strive to promote excellence in patient satisfaction.
