Minimum one (1) year experience in IT, including help desk, customer service, documentation, and troubleshooting.Â
Under the supervision of the department leader(s), the Applications Analyst will assist with any system maintenance, updates, including system provisioning, system documentation, and helpdesk responsibilities. The Applications Analyst is also responsible for day to day efforts involved in resolution of interrelated departmental applications and reporting issues associated with the applications. This incumbent will be expected to work collaboratively with end-users, external vendors, contractors and Keck Medicine of USC colleagues to support the professional billing system for USC Care Medical Group. The Applications Analyst will need to have the ability to work independently and in cross-functional group environments to help ensure goals and deadlines are met.
