Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Department Assistant/Undergraduate Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the undergraduate program in the Department of History, The History Project, the Minor in Armenian Studies, and Minor in Native American Studies. Primary duties include: advise undergraduate students, assist in the organization of programs and events, assist in the coordination of the quarterly Schedule of Classes, process general financial transactions (reimbursements, purchases, honorariums), generate and reconcile reports, research issues, maintain program files, and manage the front desk..
