Provide career management services to Questrom School of Business Working Professional MBA students through individual career coaching, workshops and classes. Plan, develop, and implement strategies to promote programs, services and activities. Design and enhance career content specifically for working professionals who are looking to advance in their current industry or potentially transition to a new career. Lead all career assessment and self-assessment activities for students. Liaise across the university on career initiatives. Due to the availability and schedules of this student population, this role with have a schedule that accommodates evening appointments and some evening/weekend programming.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; one to three years of working experience in a similar capacity (career coaching, executive coaching, etc). Preferred 10+ years of experience working in corporate environments. Experience providing career coaching or counseling to MBA students or mid-career working professionals preferred. Because the position works with our working professional students, the candidate will need to have a schedule that accommodates evening appointments and some evening/weekend programming.
