The Enrollment Management (EM) division comprises more than 150 full-time staff who serve our students through the following departments and functions: Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment, One Stop, Financial Aid and Scholarships, University Registrar, and EM Communications.
Duties/Responsibilities: Provide high level service to everyone who contacts Undergraduate Admissions, International Recruitment and the Transfer Center. Serve as an information resource to faculty, staff, students, and families via telephone, email, and in person. Responsible for calendaring and scheduling for the Assistant Vice Provost for Enrollment Management & Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Process domestic and international travel requests, and expense reports.
