Position Summary: The Student Finance Clerk is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable professional or Cashier looking to transition to financial aid or higher education. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately under pressure and have strong communication skills.
Position Responsibilities: Process Financial Aid forms Answer phones Maintain student files Assist students with completion of forms Assist with students at the counter Maintain student financial information on the computer and review accounts for accuracy Make entries into Banner system Interact with other departments Generate reports as needed Handle correspondence Review mail Performs other related duties as assigned
Experience & Educational Background: 2-3 years previous office experience is required, including record keeping and data entry
