Extension related responsibilities representing 65% allocation:
Director of Missouri Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), one of 51 LTAP centers, and Missouri Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) located at Missouri University of Science and Technology
Teaching responsibilities representing 30% of time:
Teaching responsibilities of 3 - 4 sections/AY.
Courses may include: Art 3203, Architectural Design I, ArchE 3804, Architectural Design II (Lab/studio), and CE/ArchE 2003, Engineering Communications
Helps students understand the fundamental concepts of architectural analysis and how to apply these concepts to the successful solution of contemporary building designs
Offer input on courses for keeping curricula current and functional
Contribute to accreditation, Such as ABET and HLC
Contribute in teaching of other courses as needed
Service responsibilities representing 5% of time:
Student academic advising in Civil and Architectural Engineering programs
Student activities advising, such as AEI, ASCE, Solar House Design Team
Holds students accountable to deadlines and budget limitations
Offers input on leadership and program management
Member of Architectural Engineering Undergraduate Program Committee

Ph.D. in Architectural Studies or related areas
10 years teaching experience; experience in program development and continuing education
