We support the University's mission of teaching, research, service and outreach via cultural programming integrated with the campus' outstanding tradition, a professional laboratory for performing arts students and lifelong arts education opportunities. The Mondavi Center holds approximately 100 performances and welcomes more than 80,000 attendees annually, making us one of the largest University presenting programs in the United States.
Under general direction of the Director of Finance & Administration, this position provides a broad range of financial, development & gift, and business services support to the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts. Responsibilities include: review and reconcile financial ledgers, resolve discrepancies, process corrections and other various financial transactions such as purchasing card reconciliations and deposits, and perform fiscal closing processes; provide policy guidance regarding gift requests and processing and oversee the full process; support various business services needs such as assisting with PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, and fulfilling annual PCI audit requirements, equipment inventory management, and greeting guests.

Experience with financial monitoring and compliance.
Skills to analyze and review financial transactions and data with strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, validity, and consistency.
Ability to interpret and apply various campus policies and procedures pertaining to purchasing, travel, and gift processing.
Experience using automated systems to retrieve information for analysis and reporting.

Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
Knowledge and experience using GREAT and Tessitura.
Detailed knowledge of UC Davis gift processing and gift acquisition policies and procedures
Experience with UC Davis automated systems (KFS, PrePurchasing, AggieBuy, AggieTravel, etc...)
