Temporary (less than 6 months) position to compile gift and endowment spending purpose and restriction information needed for financial system conversion. Role is within the Medical School Gift and Endowment department.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing gift and endowment funds and related documentation to determine important spending purpose and restriction information needed in new system profiles.
Working within an Access database to transfer and complete required information on gift and endowment funds.
Other duties as assigned.
Equivalent of Associate's degree in Business/Accounting with 3-5 years of general accounting experience.
Prior experience at a University and/ or knowledge about gifts and endowment is a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and exercise judgment.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy and productivity.
Works well with others and develops strong working relationships.
The hiring range for this position is $21.18 - $26.99 per hour.
