The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) is recruiting a faculty member to join the epidemiology and biostatistics team. The rank (Assistant or Associate) and track (tenure or non-tenure) will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
The appointee is expected to perform the following functions: conduct research and seek extramural grant funding in women's health and/or relevant biostatistical methods; collaborate with investigators in the OBGYN department by providing expertise in statistical methodology especially applying and/or developing data collection and analytic tools; provide statistical support/service to the OBGYN investigators and fellows; and mentor data analyst, programmer, research coordinator, and/or postdoctoral fellows in statistics.
