Designs and implements comprehensive fundraising plans for the Schools of Nursing, Medicine, and Health Sciences that will secure funds for identified priorities and strategic initiatives
Develops and manages a portfolio of 150-200 prospects with a rating of at least of $25,000
Conducts 135 face-to-face visits/substantial contacts per year
Develops effective relationships with and engages Deans and key faculty in fundraising
Works closely with the Deans to provide strategic guidance, recruitment strategies and staff support for the SON, SOM, and SHS advisory committees
Provides timely reports to the Vice President, Development & Alumni Affairs as needed
Works collaboratively with colleagues in Development & Alumni Affairs to maximize support from alumni, parents, corporations and foundations, to increase the number of annual and planned gifts, and to maximize engagement by major gift prospects and donors in University events and activities.
