Reporting to and receiving work lead direction from the Administrative Analyst for Student Transition and Retention Services, the Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the African American/Black and Chicanx/Latinx Student Success Center Program Coordinators and Program Directors and the UndocuSpartan Student Resource Center Program Coordinator and the Asian Pacific Islander Desi/American Task Force and the Educational Opportunity Program Director to provide a broad range of administrative and clerical functions. Working under general supervision, this position has responsibility for administrative and clerical tasks related to fiscal transactions and reconciliations, calendar management, and operational unit activities.
