Oversee the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of auxiliary facilities (Memorial Student Center, Farrell Hall University College Laundry and Retail Center). Responsible for management of staff, vendor contracts and special projects.
Coordinate the maintenance and general upkeep of the Auxiliary facilities (First and Second floors of Memorial Student Center, Farrell Hall, University College Laundry and Panther Plaza Retail Center) to ensure cleanliness and safety and manage the overall operations of the facilities.
Coordinate the scheduling and setup of events for all spaces within the Auxiliary facilities to include audio/visual requirements.
Provide supervision and direction to Student Center Operations and Retail Center Operations staff.
Oversee work done by contractors and vendors for auxiliary vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned to include property inventory management for the department.
Required Education and Experience:
Ten years of related experience in higher education, public relations, marketing, budgeting, and event planning.
