Under the supervision of the Student Services Manager, the Student Financial Services Specialist (SFSS) will be responsible for assisting with financial related activities and other related duties. The SFSS collaborates closely with the Summer Session Financial Services Staff along with other academic units related to the position.The Student Financial Services Specialist (SFSS) will also assist in being the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone, email, fax, and in-person. Manages a high volume of window enrollments, oversees daily workflows, sets priorities, and manages competing deadlines.The incumbent may be assigned special projects and other duties as necessary and serves as back up to other duties and tasks based on staffing levels and the needs of the office.The University of California, Irvine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer advancing inclusive excellence.
