Under general direction of the Assistant Director, Sponsored Projects and functioning as part of a team, provide high quality support and customer service to faculty, staff and sponsor representatives. Prepare, negotiate and execute incoming and outgoing subcontracts, subagreements and multiple campus agreements and monitor subrecipient compliance with prime award terms and conditions. Review and endorse extramural grant, cooperative agreement, contract and subcontract proposals. Negotiate and sign/accept grants, cooperative agreements, contracts and subcontracts on behalf of The Regents. Assist faculty and staff regarding proposal preparation, award administration and compliance issues. Serve as the primary liaison between the University and extramural sponsors. Coordinate the acceptance of awards containing non-standard terms.
