This person assists in the design, development, implementation and marketing of Executive Education courses and the Master’s programs. He/she will support the coordination of events and assist with marketing and program development among other tasks. He/she reports directly to the Director of Executive Education and Graduate Studies at NU-Q but also works closely with Northwestern’s home campus and other departments at NU-Q in order to guarantee effective synergies and coordination.
Provides logistical support in the organization of the events and other activities related to these programs.
Helps develop particular plans and programs as well as assist with research and analysis.
Provides general assistance in the preparation and execution of these programs.
Helps develop and implement marketing strategies towards these programs.
Assist with the evaluation and assessment of all the activities in this area.
Assist with pedagogical and andragogical aspects in relation to the delivery.
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
4 years program/project administration or other relevant experience.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)
Fluent in English.
Able to use MS Packages such as Word and Excel.
Master's degree in Higher Education Management or similar field.
Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)
Fluent in Arabic.
Experience in Knowledge and/or Education Management.
Experience in Project Development and Project Management.
Experience in Sales and Marketing.
