The Statistics & Data Science Department is seeking a post doctoral researcher. Specific coursework in the applicant's PhD program should include convex optimization, modern regression, and graduate-level theory of both statistics and machine learning. Experience with statistical analysis of local field potentials, recorded from multiple electrode arrays, is highly desirable. The applicant should have experience with multivariate analysis of oscillatory phase coupling.
