Grant-funded, full-time position with benefits The Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for the review, collection, maintenance, and reporting of institutional data and the preparation of reports essential to institutional effectiveness, accreditation and strategic planning. The Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness assists the Title III Coordinator in accreditation, research and support for departmental and institutional training efforts. The Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness works with the Title III Coordinator and the VP of Academic Affairs and Workforce Solutions in planning, reporting and training staff in planning, data analysis and problem solving. Duties and Responsibilities â¢Conducts short- and long-term studies on learning outcomes and student success â¢Maintains data on retention, completion, and other areas related to reporting on student success â¢Provides monthly dashboards on student progress â¢Assists Title III Coordinator with project evaluations â¢Assists Title III Coordinator with annual performance reports and end of project reports â¢Performs other related duties as assigned.
