The KYNETIC Program Manager will serve the UK post for the REACHKYNETIC Hub, which is a newly created program funded by the NIH Research Evaluation and Commercialization Hub (REACH) initiative. The overarching goal of the REACHKYNETIC Hub is to increase the rate and speed with which university discoveries are translated into tangible products that improve patient care and enhance human health.
The program manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the UK component of the KYNETIC Hub. Duties will include working with the KYNETIC UK Principal Investigator to manage the various UK aspects of the Hub, including:
managing the product development grants program at UK;
supporting a skills development educational program;
developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders;
marketing and business development efforts; and
collection and analysis of UK-related Hub metrics and coordinating with other Project Managers to analyze those metrics with overall Hub metrics.
The program manager will report to the Principal Investigator with a dotted line to the Co-I and Executive Director of the Office of Technology Commercialization, and work closely with the other KYNETIC Hub project managers, leadership and staff, including other Office of Technology Commercialization and Office of Sponsored Programs Administration (OSPA) staff.
This is a 4-year grant-funded position.
