To manage and coordinate a variety of professional duties in the administration of human resources programs for the USC School of Medicine (SOM), to include the Leased PH USC Medical Group employees; establish and maintain good working relationships with the many USCSOM Basic Sciences and PH USC Medical Group departments with which these programs are coordinated. Manage, plan and coordinate student hires and terminations process. Provide information and assistance to University faculty and staff and their eligible dependents concerning State and University benefits options, according to policies, procedures and guidelines. Coordinate the enrollment process and conduct employee benefit/retirement/leave training. Demonstrate commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
