The Department of Laboratory Medicine is looking for Laboratory Information Sytsems Systems Analyst for an exciting, newproject.
Provide support for the clinical laboratorys application and database.
Develop, implement and support auto-filing module in the clinical labs. Provide support for laboratory modules, small systems, implementation of the current Orchard Harvest application and assistance with the development of the a new LIS project build, interfaces and procedures.
Document procedures and train staff to provide support for developed systems.
Assist with Sequel reports and support the servers and software.
Analyze design, test and implement new projects as required.

Bachelor's Degree/Medical Technologist (MT).
Licensure is preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in a lab
Crystal and SQL queries and reporting tools; clinical lab terminology and operations, system interfacing, MS office applications/tools, writing skills; knowledge of network operations, database expertise.
Project Management, All Areas of Laboratory Medicine, and Lab Operations-instrumentation and terminology experience.
Familiarity with Cerner Pathnet or similar system
Familiarity with HL7 Interfacing.
