Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate FN courses, provide administrative support for the Dietetic Internship, program/curriculum development, student advising/mentoring/recruitment, support accreditation/compliance, other job-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications: master’s in nutrition, dietetics, or related field; minimum 3 years teaching experience in an ACEND-accredited program; minimum 3 years clinical experience in nutrition/dietetics; RD/RDN credential. Preferred: teaching experience in face-to-face/online/active-learning settings, laboratory management/curriculum development experience.
