Secretary 2 position is approximately equally split between the Residency Program and Medical Student education support. Receives, directs and assists visitors, provides procedural information and answers general inquiries related to operational matters. Processes incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Answers incoming phone calls and routes appropriately. Maintains office files. Uses computer applications to generate a variety of materials including correspondence, flyers, brochures, instructional packets, course syllabi, Power Point presentations, residents’ handbooks, exams, handouts, reports and other documents. Maintains student website (D2L) with postings for class. Prepares and proctors exams. Assists with processing of check and travel requests. Assists with maintaining information in New Innovations. Assists with entering timesheets on TRS. Assists with organizing Graduation, Education Day, Mock Orals and resident recruitment.

High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year of clerical or secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (will consider related part-time, student worker/graduate assistance, and volunteer experience).
