DEPARTMENT: Gabelli School of Business, Lincoln Center
POSITION SUMMARY: The Global Initiatives Manager will support the Associate Dean for Global Initiatives and Executive Development to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of Fordham Executive MBA Programs. This includes the EMBA Program at the Lincoln Center Campus, the WEMBA Program (Fordham Westchester) and the EMBA for Athletes / Artist Program.
Coordinate Executive MBA program logistical needs including course scheduling, room reservations, and securing room assignments.
Coordinate Executive MBA program service needs including placing catering orders, tracking inventory and ordering supplies, and providing reimbursement documentation for students
Coordinate student registration, financial services, student clearance, orientation, residential preparation and general troubleshooting with University departments
Provide support for the Associate Dean and Gabelli stakeholders for the program ranking process including data collection, data entry, online ranking submission and careful attention to details and deadlines.
Perform additional duties as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree required; or in lieu of the degree, 4 or more years of related experience required
Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to interact well with executive students and visiting delegations.
Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organization skills
Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
