Proofreads letters, reports, memos, and slide decks for style, grammar, and accuracy, drafts correspondence, and finalizes documents for posting and distribution.
Coordinates all focus group and Board of Student Adviser meeting arrangements for the institutional research team, including preparing invitations to students, finding and booking rooms, making catering arrangements, and arranging for recording of sessions and ordering transcriptions. Makes similar arrangements for OFA office events including those for faculty programming, which will entail tracking RSVPs and sending reminders.
Assist the director of the institutional research team in distributing project documents and files through SharePoint/one drive and file incoming documents on an as-needed basis Assists with logistical arrangements for department events, including site selection, AV requests, and catering arrangements
Monitors and updates institutional research and OFA web sites as needed, such as adding events to calendar, uploading documents or data, and responding to web site feedback. Maintains accurate and organized electronic and paper files for the office, practicing careful version control of all documents with logical naming conventions
Processes financial payments and reimbursements using Concur and Oracle platforms for Purchasing Card and/or Corporate Card for institutional research and faculty affairs teams.
Assists with archiving and updating/organizing current filing system – working toward a fully electronic system. Handles confidential material with extraordinary tact and discretion
Performs general office duties including photocopying, filing, ordering office supplies.
Supports other members of the team by assisting with components of projects on an as- needed basis.

3+ years of administrative support or related experience in a business or customer service environment.
Must be proactive and have the ability to prioritize. Should have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong writing skills, and the ability to communicate with tact and discretion. Must also have sensitivity to working with confidential materials. Must be a professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious, and results-oriented individual.
