Curry College invites applicants for an Assistant Professor to join the Curry College Writing Program starting in the Fall of 2020. Teaching may include courses in the two-sequence first year core, developmental writing, as well as related courses in the general education program. The load is 4/3.
PhD in Rhetoric and Composition or Writing Studies (required at the time of appointment).
Preferred qualifications include applicants whose areas of interest include WAC/WID faculty development, writing in the sciences, assessment, professional/technical writing or multimodal composition/digital rhetorics.
Employment in this position is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment background checks.
