Provides cleaning and portering services in the Lincoln Center buildings.
Removes recyclables in accordance with University procedures.
Delivers mail in the buildings.
Keeps building entrances and perimeter free of leaves, debris, garbage, etc. as the need arises.
Signs in and out for all keys
High School Diploma or GED required.
Six (6) months to one (1) year prior cleaning experience.
Must be able to read English and follow written instructions.
Must have knowledge of general cleaning techniques and preventative maintenance: including standard use of power washers, standup vacuums & backpack vacuums
