This position facilitates data collection across multiple projects in the Latinx Mental Health and Treatment outcomes lab with the largest focus on the Mediators of Violence Exposure and Substance Use (MoVES) project. Other data collection projects include those conducted by the Latinx Mental Health and Treatment and the Rural Drug Addiction Research (RDAR) Center. The project manager will manage recruitment of Spanish and English speaking participants, complete data collection with participants, and manage data collected. The project manager will also assist in maintaining responsible conduct of research requirements. The project manager will also assist with research products from these data (e.g., conference presentations). Some regional travel (50 miles or less) will also be required for the purposes of recruitment in rural areas surrounding Lincoln, NE.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years' experience in research data collection and project management with Spanish-speaking and immigrant populations. Fluent spoken/written Spanish and English. Familiarity with questionnaire and electronic survey software (e.g., Qualtrics). Some experience and knowledge of statistical analyses. Experience creating research products (e.g., conference presentations) based on research data. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment essential.
