Coordinate Admissions services at the College of Law, including processing and organizing applications, and coordinating application review by faculty admissions and scholarship committees. Track significant admissions and enrollment data and create reports reflecting that data. Input admissions and enrollment data into internal and external data systems. Organize and coordinate events. Prepare correspondence for prospective, admitted, enrolled and matriculated students. Advise prospective and current students in JD, MLS and LLM admissions, scholarships and financial aid processes and in doing so, handle highly confidential information. Serve as primary expert on ACES technology. Serve on Technology Task Force that is responsible for overall coordination of business technology processes, including ACES, Talisma, (or other Customer Relationship Management platform) and Tableau, PeopleSoft, among others.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate's in business or related field, plus four years of administrative experience required; equivalent education/experience considered. Working knowledge of general office practices and office equipment and skill in using PC-based word processing, spreadsheet and database software programs essential. Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal and proofreading skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision necessary.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in higher education setting. Direct working knowledge of UNL admissions and/or business practices. A proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including; Word, Excel, Access; Adobe Acrobat; WordPerfect; Cashnet; Peoplesoft; Customer Relationship Management platforms is highly desirable.
