The temporary ticket operations and business strategy intern will assist in day-to-day operations of the ticket office, including strategic implementation of ticket promotions, and completing revenue and sales reports. This position is also responsible for various game day tasks for Rice athletic events, setting up sales booths, processing walk up ticket orders, and handling will call and complimentary ticket admissions. This position will also be assigned some supervisory roles, overseeing part-time customer service representatives for various events. Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with upon completion.
