The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks qualified faculty candidates at the Assistant Professor and/or Associate Professor level.
Seventy percent (70%) effort will be devoted to the clinical practice of gastroenterology; thirty (30%) effort will be devoted to clinical or translational research activities, educational activities or other academic efforts. Clinical responsibilities include GI endoscopy procedures, inpatient service and outpatient ambulatory care. Participate in night and weekend call. Supervise and teach fellows, residents and housestaff. Protected time will be used to develop clinical or translational investigative research.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Candidates must be GI board certified/eligible.
