Department: ODEE Administration

Summary of Duties:

Serves as Fiscal Associate for Fiscal Shared Services team supporting the Office of Distance Education and eLearning (ODEE) and the Office of the CIO (OCIO). Responsible for moderately complex fiscal activities including processing journals, interdepartmental billings, eRequests, eTravel, accounts payable, accounts receivable, PCard and asset management. Serves as department PCard Manager as well as Equipment Coordinator and is responsible for all aspects of asset management, including conducting annual self-audit of both capital and non-capital assets. Assists with required reconciliations and account reviews associated with maintaining the general ledger. Performs high level of customer service to both internal and external customers regarding fiscal matters. Serves as backup to other fiscal staff as needed. Maintains fiscal documentation files and procedures. Reviews and tracks service level agreements and memorandums of understanding for managed IT customers. Participates in training as needed to keep current with university policy and procedures. Manages renewal database for subscriptions, licenses, and memberships. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years relevant financial experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, attention to detail, ability to create and maintain financial processes and documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with University systems, including PeopleSoft Financials, eReports, eRequests, eTravel and the Asset Management system. Knowledge of University Fiscal Policies and Procedures. Experience with ServiceNow platform.

Target Salary: $22.07 - $26.97 Hourly
