Part time faculty positions available at the Stark Campus supervising student teachers in the areas of Science, Mathematics, Social Studies or Language Arts. Once qualified, applicants will be added to the pool of instructors available to supervise teacher education students at the Stark Campus

Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Position requires frequent travel. Must provide own transportation; mileage may be reimbursed. Supervisors must be able to work with students, university faculty and staff, and district personnel. Work schedule is flexible and based on student teaching schedule. Three visits are required to teach student’s student teaching location, per content area assigned.

Bachelor’s degree required in relevant area; Master’s preferred. Extensive classroom K-12 teaching experience. Must hold either 1-8 teaching license, 4-9 teaching license, or 7-12 teaching license with highly qualified designation in Science, Mathematics, Social studies and/or Language Arts.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
