JOBSUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of an assignedPrincipal Investigator (PI) and Research Nurse Manager, this position offerssupport and program management for on-site and online evaluations and assistswith coordinating educational events/training activities for a large HealthResources and Services Administration (HRSA)-funded program grant. Summarilyresponsible for on-site and online evaluations of program goals and objectives;ensures measures are collected as guided by evaluation plans; and assists withthe dissemination of findings by coordinating abstract/manuscript submissions.Assists in scheduling and coordinating educational events along with other teammembers.
Works closely with the PI and the Research Nurse Manager to conduct needs assessments from Academic-Practice Partner sites and providers to determine their educational and resource needs.
Assists with gathering the formal agreements from Academic-Practice partner sites.
Assists with the implementation of educational/training events, preceptor training events, simulation events, as well as tracking students after graduation for reporting purposes.
Assists with developing, maintaining, and reporting from project-related databases.
Coordinates and schedules training/educational events at Academic-Practice Partner sites or at local venues.
Conducts E-marketing and phone marketing to Academic-Practice partners.
Assists with project deliverables related to education events on/off campus.
Gathers evaluations and satisfaction data from training/educational events.
Assists with continuing education events by tracking attendance, answering registration questions from participants, and generating thank you letters for the speakers.
Attends project meetings.
Conducts literature reviews of relevant publications for information required for study results analysis and preparation of final study publication.
Orders supplies and completes mailings and photocopying.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
